With your consent: By accessing or using any of the Services you consent to this Privacy Notice and to our information practices described herein. By submitting a contact form, we may collect your Personal Information such as: name, company, email address, phone and your message.
By registering to the personal zone, where you will be required to convey with an information such as: full name, company’s name, role, email address, country and password.
By subscribing to our newsletter, in this case you will need to provide us your full name, email address, role and country.

When Performing this Agreement: We collect and process your Personal Information in order to provide you with the Services, following this Terms of Use and Privacy Notice, and to provide you with support and/or to interact with our website users, including addressing Users’ applications, inquiries, questions, requests, comments and responses for the performance of our existing engagements with you. What are the Purposes of the Collection of Information?
We use your collected data for operating the Services and for the purposes of providing you with the Services, as described in this Privacy Notice and Terms of Use.

Where Do We Store Personal Information?
Danziger does not host the Services in its independent infrastructure. All hosting is done by Jet Server, third party hosting provider that we engaged. This means that data you provide us or that we or third party collect from you (including any Personal Information) is hosted with such third-party service provider on servers that it owns or controls in The Netherlands, a member of the EU.
Please be aware that the servers which store and process the data may be located in a country outside of your jurisdiction. However, we are committed to protect your Personal Information and to take appropriate steps to ensure that your Personal Information is processed and stored securely and in accordance with applicable privacy laws, as detailed in this Privacy Notice. Such steps may include putting in place data transfer agreements or ensuring our third-party service providers comply with Danziger’s data transfer protection measures and with the relevant regulation.
Note to Users in Israel:
We are committed to maintaining the level of protection required under Israeli privacy laws to the extent required under applicable law, even if data is stored outside Israel.

Information Sharing
We use data processors who are third parties that provide services for us. We have contracts in place with our data processors. This means that they cannot do anything with your Personal Information unless we have instructed them to do so. They will not share your Personal Information with any organization apart from us. They will hold it securely and retain it for the period we instruct. We ensure that our data processors comply with the relevant regulations. Data Retention Period
Any Personal Information collected will be retained by us as long as you are using our Services or as long as it is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which the data has been collected. After termination of the Services we will retain your information according to the circumstances in which it was shared and on a need basis in order to comply with regulations and legitimate interests.
Either way, we will not retain unnecessary Personal Information, nor keep it beyond regulatory and legitimate interests required periods.

We may use Cloud Service Providers for our servers and\or storage. In such cases, we rely on the security measures taken by the Cloud Service Provider for the physical security, the integrity, redundancy and the data protection of the data which relates your information, based on contractual commitments as required under applicable law.

These measures include, but are not limited to, encryption, access controls, and regular security audits.
