Phlox drummondii, a member of the Polemoniaceae family, is cherished for its clusters of star-shaped flowers that deliver bright, cheerful color to spring and summer gardens. Thriving in full sun, well-drained soil, and moderate fertility, this versatile annual performs well in garden beds, borders, and patio containers, offering continuous flowering and strong weather tolerance.
Stick quickly, reduce mist, and keep 68°F (20°C). pH 5.8–6.2, EC 0.8–1.0. Feed 50 ppm N early, increasing to 100 ppm N. Fungicide at sticking and week 2; pinch optional.
