Brachyscome angustifolia
Brachyscome angustifolia, commonly known as ‘swan river daisy’, is part of the Asteraceae family and is prized for its delicate, daisy-like blooms and soft, finely textured foliage. Thriving in full sun to light shade, well-drained soil, and moderate fertility, Brachyscome provides continuous flowering with minimal care, making it ideal for patio pots, hanging baskets, and landscape borders that require a soft, airy touch of color throughout the season.
Remove from mist promptly, maintaining high light and warm temperatures for best flower-to-foliage ratio. pH 5.6–6.2, EC 0.8–1.0, feed 50 ppm N then 75–100 ppm N. Apply fungicide at sticking and week 2; Daminozide at 750 ppm may be applied if needed.
