Delosperma cooperi
Delosperma cooperi, commonly known as ‘ice plant’, is a hardy perennial succulent from the Aizoaceae family, valued for its vibrant, daisy-like blooms and exceptional drought tolerance. It thrives in full sun, well-drained soil, and low to moderate fertility. With a trailing, mat-forming habit, Delosperma is perfect for rock gardens, borders, and containers- offering long-lasting color, even in poor soils and extreme heat.
Stick cuttings, maintain high light, 70°F (21°C). pH 5.8–6.2, EC 0.8–1.0. Feed lightly, fungicide at sticking and week 2; no pinch required.
