Artemisia m

Artemisia mauiensis

Artemisiamauiensis, part of the Asteraceae family, is valued for its finely textured, aromatic silver foliage that adds elegance and contrast to mixed plantings and landscapes. This hardy perennial, often grown as an annual in ornamental programs, thrives in full sun, well-drained soil, and moderate fertility (pH 6.0–7.0).

Artemisia is best propagated from cuttings, with quick sticking into a well-drained medium to ensure uniform rooting. Maintain moderate mist and good air circulation during propagation to prevent disease and encourage strong root development. Early application of growth regulators, if needed, supports compact, market-ready plants. Known for its drought and heat tolerance, Artemisia is ideal for low-maintenance gardens, patio containers, and as a foliage accent in premium combinations.
