Coreopsis hybrida
Coreopsis hybrida, commonly referred to as “hybrid tickseed,” is a vibrant, heat-tolerant perennial from the Asteraceae family, known for its compact growth, finely cut foliage, and prolific flowering in bold, modern color tones. It thrives in full sun, well-drained soil, and moderate fertility. This hybrid form has been bred for improved branching, longer flowering seasons, and stronger landscape performance- making it ideal for garden beds, borders, and patio containers.
Stick promptly, maintain 70°F (21°C), pH 5.8–6.2, EC 0.8–1.0. Feed gradually, fungicide at sticking and week 2, pinch at transplant.
